Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of tropa (the "Service") — a tunneling service that gives your local applications a public HTTPS address. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
1. Acceptable use
tropa is for exposing services you own or are authorized to operate. You may not use it to:
- host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that impersonates others to deceive;
- send spam, run credential-stuffing or DoS attacks, or scan/attack third parties;
- serve content that is illegal where you or your users are, or that infringes others' rights;
- resell the Service or attempt to circumvent plan limits or metering.
2. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any workspace that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse — immediately and without notice where there's active harm (phishing, malware, attacks). Report abuse to abuse@tropa.doshka.me; we act on credible reports quickly.
3. Plans, limits & billing
Free and paid plans have monthly bandwidth and tunnel limits shown in your dashboard. Traffic beyond your bandwidth cap is paused until the monthly reset or an upgrade. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and downgrades you to Free at the end of the period.
4. Your content & responsibility
You are responsible for everything served through your tunnels and for securing your own applications. tropa forwards traffic to the service you point it at; it does not review or endorse that content.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tropa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
